How long will my pie remain fresh after delivery or purchase? Our pies will stay fresh for 5-7 days when refrigerated.
Do you offer nationwide shipping for pies? At this time, Pie Crush Bakery does not offer nationwide shipping. Orders are available for local pick-up, delivery, or at selected events.
Can I freeze my pie? Yes! You can freeze our pies for up to 3 months. Wrap the pie tightly in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer bag or an airtight container before freezing. When you're ready to enjoy it, simply let it thaw in the refrigerator the day before serving.
How should I store my pie?
- Fruit pies: Can be stored at room temperature for 2 - 3 days, before refrigerating them for 3 - 5 days to extend freshness.
- Custard/cream pies: Refrigerate and enjoy sooner within 3 - 4 days.
Do you offer gluten free pies? At this time, Pie Crush Bakery does not offer gluten-free pies. We are always exploring new options to meet the needs of our customers.
What ingredients are used in your pies? Our pies are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients and family recipes. We take care to ensure every pie is both flavorful and safe for our customers. We use local seasonal produce (not from a can), fresh spices, and premium butter. Please note the specific allergens for each pie flavor.
Do you offer online ordering? Yes! You can easily place your order online through our website. Simply choose your favorite pies, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process.
How do I know if my order was successful? Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I customize my pie order? Absolutely! We offer customization for some of our crumble pies. For custom orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your delivery policy? We offer local delivery for online orders. Delivery fees may apply, and you will be notified of the estimated delivery time upon checkout.
Can I order on delivery apps? Unfortunately, not at this time.
Do you have a physical store location? We do not have a storefront, but you can order online and find us at select markets and events.
Do you cater or provide pies for large events? Yes! Pie Crush Bakery serves large events, corporate gatherings, weddings, parties, and special occasions. Advance notice is required to ensure availability - please contact us to discuss your event needs.
Where do you bake your pies? Our pies are baked in a licensed commercial kitchen that meets health and safety standards, as well as a carefully maintained home kitchen. This ensures every pie is both delicious and safe for our customers.
